Jacqueline Rose is a London and Melbourne actress, writer and filmmaker, working across film, commercials, theatre and improvisation. She stars in the award-winning short ‘First’ and is developing her own projects as a writer, including ‘Riding Horses Up Everest’ and ‘Crypto Pyramid’. Her training draws on many traditions, including Meisner, Larry Moss and Patsy Rodenburg, and she has appeared in ‘Hamnet’, ‘Wicked’ and ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’.
Melbourne-based actor Kit Dabas came to the craft the long way which is, arguably, the right way. Trained in the Meisner and Stella Adler traditions and seasoned across film and stage, he brings the particular quality of someone who has done the work and knows it isn't finished. Specific, present, and genuinely hard to look away from.
James began his acting journey in 2022 as a background extra before diving into formal training and transitioning to screen roles in 2026. Reborn marks his second short film. James bring a natural, grounded performance to the character of Fare, a quality he strives to bring to every role.
